Our goods are rooted in a European tradition and are handcrafted, using traditional and modern methods, while incorporating our distinctive recipes & techniques. We are proud to be active members of the local community, supporting a growing economy. Our goal is to help revitalize the fair trade of artisan baking in Western New York.

Wheatberry Bake Shop offers a variety of artisan breads, focacce, wedding cakes and cookie favors, special occasion and sculpted cakes, cookies, cupcakes, danish, pastries, and coffee. Everything is made in house, from scratch. We love creating exciting special cakes that meet your every desire.
